Thumbs down braking gone wrong?

ok long story short, i had to slam on the breaks to avoid making some roadkill. now my front right tire/suspension its wobbling... it goes omp omp omp slowly at slow speeds then faster at higher speeds. when i take a hard right turn it really lets loose but hard left turn it fades... any ideas guys?

your wheel is loose. I forgot to tighten down a wheel like that once and it wobbled and made the xact same noises you're describing. you've someone popped it loose.

Either that or you might have worn out a spot on your tire. If you have ABS disregard this, but if you locked up, there could be a flat spot on one or more wheel causing it to thump every time th wheels goes round.

^Yep. Both good answers.

Nailing a pothole can break one or belts in a tire also giving that sound.

aha, flat spot is wht Phil did the other week. I don't know why I didn't think of it first...other than the fact that the wheel coming loose has actually happened to me.

Money on it says it's a flat spot.

Yes, I pwnd myself by stepping on the brake w/3 other people in the car while I was a 'little lit'....and well...I called Matty at like 1 or so in the AM..."Hey Matty, I think I f**ked up my car....Is it safe to drive it?" ha ha...classic. Man...that was an interesting night.
