AWR motor mount bushings

I was just on AWR's website and I noticed that they are selling the bushings to their famous motor mounts seperately. I was wondering if the stock mounts use the same size bushing as the AWR mounts. If they are interchangable it seems more cost effective to just swap out the old rubber bushings of the stock mounts with the harder polyurethane ones from AWR. I did a search and found nothing. I know this seems like wishful thinking (paying $6.00 per bushing versus $130.00 for the mounts) but it never hurt to ask. Thanks.

from the site...

This is our softest urethane engine mount bushing with a durometer of 70. Engine mount bushings are available in three durometer specs. Typically we sell the 88 durometer bushings for the Automatic transmissions and 95 durometer for Manual transmission. Sold Each.

4 required per car set. Sold as a softer replacement bushing for the AWR engine mounts, but still stiffer than stock rubber. Does not fit Stock mounts.

sorry bud, no can do

Gotcha. I was looking under their direct "motor mounts" link which said nothing about stock mounts. After your post I looked under "protege" then under "motor mounts" and found it. Thanks anyway.

Macklum, I wasn't deleting your thread for any reason other than you copied all of those links all over again. No harm intended...just had to clean it up.
