Attention Mp3 Owners.....look Into This

Ok it is a given all these protege's....MP3 series have all experienced the same problem with the rear suspension...many of us like myself have been back and forth to the dlr multiple times./..me 4 times they tried a fix and they cant fix it....also on my last fix with my ex-svc mngr (he got fired)...he advised my mother.... who went to pick up my girl..that MAZDA is fully aware of the situation and has no fix for the problem...SO....here is my proposal.....

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

what does everyone think....i almost definatly have enough to go for a lemon law and if u have the problem wit the rear suspension....get it into the dlr and go to other dlrs aswell...let me hear ya thoughts

funny....i just bought a mp3 with 60,000kms on it....apparently my rear sway bar bushings are on order and they better come soon....i can't stand the loud clunking sound in the back

I think that if they don't come in soon, i will go to another dealership.....i just wish i new about the suspension problems before i bought the car....it seems that everyone has this problem

What can we possibly do though?

there is a thing called the lemon law, if they can't fix it, then they have to give you a completely new part, if that means a completely new suspension package, then thats what they have to do

I don't know about Canada. In the U.S., each state has it's own lemon law.

Yea, I'm not exactly sure about the Lemon Law in each state. When I bought my Protege used about 8 months ago, I have my original owners manual and I found the Lemon Law for Florida. Since I've had god knows how many problems with my catalytic converter I thought I might be covered. Well its been changed twice and the car is still bogging down and the dealer knows its clogged but they can't change parts until the famous "check engine" light comes on again. So, I got tired of waiting. I took actio and turns out, the vehicle has to be no less then a year old. And would only apply if the car was a demo vehicle. Oh well, I'm screwed so I gave my mom my little problem car and bought the SVT Focus. Its by far more reliable then my Protege was.

For the United States...the "lemon law" is the Magnuson-Moss Warrantee Act. Look it up on the net....you can get all the details you want.

I traded in my Protege5 for a used MP3 (23,000 Km) a couple of weeks ago. Sometime next month I'll be taking it in for the 24,000 Km service to my normal dealership and see if they know about the new bushing parts.
My clunking isn't too bad but it doesn't sound healthy for sure.
