Affordable coil overs for non-race application?

Who makes a good *affordable* Coil-over setup for my '02 ES?
My Ideas on what will make it good for me:

-1.5"-2.0" up front, -1"-1.5" in back.
-Keep track width and camber stock,
-Not adding too much harshness.

Basically I want it adjustable so as to easily switch to and from winter/summer wheelsets. The summer 17's put the ride height too high, and then its too low with the factory 16's in the winter if I just lower it with springs and a camber kit.
Thanks for any input...

now I'm not too sure but instead of coilovers, can't you just get adjustable shocks?
Cause I think that would be cheaper.

adjustable shocks won't help him accomplish what he wants as they don't adjust in height.

ok so adjustable shocks just stiffens or loosens the suspension but coilovers adjusts the height of your ride?

yes, amrit, adjustable shocks adjust bound and rebound, making your ride stiffer and adjustable coilovers change the height of your ride.....

no and yes....Adjustable shocks adust the stiffness of dampening of the springs...without dampeners the springs would still be stiff but bouncy...the coilovers adjust ride height, however the lower you go the stiffer that spring will be
