Hey All,

Is there gonna be a 2004 Protege5 and a Mazda 3, or is the Protege dead after the 2003 model year? Just wondering as I would like to get another MP5 (last one was T-boned and written off). Not sure if I care for the looks of the 3, even though it looks fairly close to the MP5.

 

2004 MY will be just the 3. There are still plenty of P5's available. You just have to look around. Lots of dealers currently have killer deals going.

 

There will probably be a period of overlap where you will be able to get a 2003 P5 or a 2004 3 so you could wait until next year and compare them back-back to decide which one you prefer.
