So, tomorrow (or possibly Saturday) I will pick up my new '02 Protege ES. I'm new to Protege's though, does this fall under 3rd Gen? I see the forum only indicates '99-'01, perhaps that could be expanded to indicate '02? Can hardly wait!

 

true true, '02 is pretty much the same as the '01 Pro except that yours looks nicer inside......

 

i havent really seen the inside of the '02 ES. how does it differ from my '01?

 

I think the steering wheel is now the same one they use in the Protege5, plus a few trim pieces are silver colored like the power window switches.
