Used BEGI kit 10k miles Why/Why not?

I'm considering purchasing a used BEGI turbo kit. The kit has 10k miles. Anyone wanna talk me in or out of the decision?

The seller is asking $1950 + shipping.

I've got several big ticket items I've been sitting on. I'll still get them, but getting a turbo kit now might slow things down for the rest. Need to prioritize:
  • Intercooler for my GTP -- will be an 11 second car w/ intercooler and goodies I already have
  • A shed or 2nd garage, so I can have space for 2 cars in my current 2 car garage
  • Hot Tub - to make the wife happy
  • vacation trip -
  • a (not necessarily this) turbo kit - for my WIFE's car

10k isn't that high of mileage. Any concerns there?
What are the short-commings of the BEGI kit?
Would $1950 be considered a steal, a good deal, an okay deak, or a rip-off for a used BEGI kit?

if you can, check the turbo shaft for excessive play
