Unable to solve oil leak on valve cover - 1.6 ZM

Hi all, will be brief.

The gasket is new.
I leaks in the same spot, along the front of the engine, (bolt number 1 if you follow the manual but seems to come from the middle of the valve cover) it may take 2 days to show up. I even used maf cleaner to clean all the surfaces, it was excellent clean on assembly.
I have done the same operation 3 times.
I even got the black rtv for the corners, thinking it was leaking from there.
I torqued and retorque and nothing.

So far, the only explanation I have seem is the oil itself, is 5W-30 Synthetic Mobil One. But not the brand, but being synthetic, I do not know if it is true but seems that synthetic oil tends to seep more than any other, it was I read.

I was thinking of milling the valve cover maybe 1mm to see if I could tight the gasket more, but then I though about the cam sensor so no go there.

Could it be that this brand new gasket is just bad?

One thing that I noticed, every time I'm going to tight the bolts, that number one gets tight really fast, it feels quite different from the rest. The others, they do feel like they go squishing the gasket as they tight, but that number 1, it does not feel like that, it just goes from loose to tight, like there was no gasket in between.
