umm its not gonna blind anyone
theyre supposed to face forward and light up right infront of you but not be too bright and reflect on the fog back into YOUR eyes. anyways you only need to use them in the fog
if you make them face down you're gonna make them useless

As stated above...Intake/Header/Exhaust will gain you about 20hp...
I have an intake, exhuast & will be getting a header within a few months...
Oh yeah..i also have a nitrous kit...shooting a 50shot..
And i just got my ecu changed to gain another 10hp...It feels great...Thanks *KZA AKA Joe!! & Nick AKA Perfworks!
If you really want quick hp..I would suggest a Nitrous Express Kit...It will get you a 50shot...That is 50 hp added instantly for about 500+ dollars...
I live in central Jersey...If you wanna check out this other site...

Re. fog lights - aim them!
It has been mentioned in some other threads, but might as well be said again, change the aim of the fog lights. It may take some trial and error, but raising the fog lights a bit will improve their performace for what they are intended for, seeing better in fog and rain. Mine were originally aimed right in front of the bumper, where they were of no help in adverse weather. I used the inside of my garage door, chalking the original pattern, and then checking the new aim for equal height between each side.
