Mazda CIA???

Does anyone know if the CIA Mazda offers for the new proteges is any good?? I was at the dealership a while ago and they had one all done up with wheels and a CIA. Does anyone know how much they want for it?? The reason I ask is because the service guy told me that anything aftermarket would void warranty and I even have to pay them 82 bucks an hour to install the thing. I want to know if its worth it.

Thanks for any info...

Mazda does not offer their own cold air intake, it's more than likely an injen.

No, it will not void your warrenty, even if you install it yourself. Warranty on parts affected by aftermarket ones will be voided though. For example, your spoiler falls off because it's defective, your cold air intake has nothing to do with it so they can't blame it on that.

But the cold air intake hydrolocks the engine, well then you're SOL.

Yup. I'll bet it's an Injen. There was another dealer offering them as Mazdaspeed

Mazda CIA?

Mazda has secret agents at their dealerships? Are they as hot as Jennifer Garner? Do they go to Toyotuh and Honduh dealers and spy on the competition?

sorry couldn't resist
