resonator + pipe + muffler = basically the pieces from the catalytic convertor to the back. take for example the mazda sport exhaust for our car - it is just a muffler, whereas some thing like from www.racingbeat.com is everything replaced - a larger pipe for more flow, a new resonator and a high flow muffler.

Thanks for making things so clear for me.
Then I will go buy the intake for now and then install the exhaust mod later when I have more extra money in my pocket.

Sounds like a good plan, I myself had only the intake early on - as you can I've really moved up up and away since then . Let me know if you need any other kinds of help, answers etc!
