Have you done it? I was wondering about any prep work on it other than cleaning. Does it need a primer coat or anything? Oh and dude, do you have any pictures of your smoke tail lights?

Yeah, I posted pics awhile ago with the Civic Type R oil cap that I had sitting around. I was surprised no one had tried before.

instead of using a Type R oil cap and being a ricer why not just get hte Mazdaspeed oil cap that was made by MAZDASPEED cost you about 55 bucks.

I have never seen a Mazdaspeed Oil Cap. I just searched on their site too and there is no mention of one. Where did you get yours from? I might have just missed it somewhere. Of course I would want one from them but if they don't have one then I need to do something else cause the stock one is ughh well you all know.

I use an Injen oil cap for a Honda engine. It fits perfect. Although the Mazda cap does not fit the Honda

Got it from HDA Autosports. Basically he orders them from Injen themselves.
