Intake&Exhaust Cams How To

Like the title states. Has anyone done a how to? And for the people that have installed these themselves. On a scale of 1 to 10
whats the difficulty level. 10 being hard. I'm somewhat mechanically inclinded. Will be working with a expert on 2.0 16v VW's. Please let me know.

Here is a write-up I did on my cam install. Please bear in mind that this was on a Probe, so some of the small details like the sizes of the various bolts might be different. Also you might want to note that my car is OBDI and uses a distributer, so that may or may not change some things as well. Installing an exhaust cam is the exact same as the intake cam since you guys don't have to muck around with a disty.
