intake and exhaust cams

Does anyone know the tightning sequence and torque specifcations for the cams and the head. I am going to purchase these cams, but I want to know what I am doing first.

115 in lbs.

sequence, start closest from the center of the head, and work your way out in a clockwise sequence PER cam
