Installed Kartboy bushings

Well, I'm impressed. The shift is crisper, a whole lot cleaner. Did it in around 20 minutes while a friend finished up installing an amp and sub.

The shifter is wayyyyy too long now, just feels to weird being that high, good thing my b&m will be here friday *crosses fingers*

They were around $50 CAD.

The throw isn't longer, the problem is that the stock bushings are really soft, and with the long shifter it feels fine engaging the gear, but with the new bushings there are more positive shifts, but I feel like it's too hard to be shifting with that much more leverage.

Kinda hard to explain, the higher up your shifter is, the more leverage you're going to get. With the harder bushings, im using the same force to shift but it feels more positive. Maybe because i just drove my friends pro with a shortened shifter...
