According to the original posts by Matty for the GB on here, the pan was designed to work with AWR's header. I haven't looked at it recently but all the others I have seen for our cars are basically the same. Logically you shouldn't have a problem. If you want to get the pan and aren't sure, then I would call or e-mail AWR and ask them. You could also ask over on msprotege, I am sure that someone else who has already bought the pan has a header on their car and can tell you of any problems with fitment. I have a Wagner shorty so it wasn't an issue for me.
