as most of you know, i just got an Ebay RAI installed. the problem is that even after about 50 miles, when you stop the engine shrudders ocasionally. i believe i was told that the computer was learning about the RAI and was just getting used to it...but after 50 miles? whats up?

 

You reset the ECU, right?
Not sure what you mean, though, my intake kind of vibrates at times, too, but usually when I accelerate from a standing stop.

 

like your revs drop real low once then come back up to normal...mine does that too...dunno why..did it before the intake went on too...but after I moded the air box..hrmmm

 

Yeah, I did the same thing first. Maybe noticed it more because it's slightly louder?
There was definitely more vibration...

 

so whats wrong with it? reset the ECU?

 

i have reset the ecu numerous times..still comes back but only after I frist drive the car in the AM...then it goes away...

 

i just took the negative hook up of the battery off and stood on the brakes for a minute. i read that somewhere on the site and i heard that it resets the ecu. i just dont want to start my car now.
