Generic OBD II code reader($39.99)

I found a cheap little OBD II code reader that works.

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=46030

U dont have to order off the site, they have stores all over the country.

I got it on sale for $39.99

I gave me a code and explanation.

So now I need some opinions from U guys.

The code was 0171 or P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1).

What does this mean? and what should I do?

BTW I do have the Injen CIA and custom 2.25" exhuast(cat back)

I have 2000 LX 1.6L Auto.

Thanks in advance
