Exhaust

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am looking for a P5 exhaust with the following charecteristics:

1. If possible, look like the HKS exhaust but is not loud yet noticeable.

2. Direct bolt on

3. Either cat back or simply the rear section.

Your opinions please.

Thanking you in advance,

John

join the crowd

I wanted to get the sport exhaust but read a post where all sorts of folks were trying to get rid of noise it was creating by using sound deadening material, etc. The bad part is that the sport exhaust was *supposed* to be the quietest.

Having had exhaust on my 95 Maxima, and now my 93 SE-R, I am going to be VERY particular about what I put on this car as it's my wife's daily driver.

Hold on to your money....... for now. From what I hear Greddy has an exhaust on the market in late September or early October for the P5. It will be a direct bolt-on cat-back system.

I am eagerly awaiting the release so I can check out the design and specs. Every Greddy product I have ever dealt with has been good quality stuff.

My husband dropped my car off today at Magnaflow to have their cat-back exhaust put on. They will be using my car to run tests on it. He said that when he dropped it off they had a P5 on they dyno. So your might want to wait and see how that one works out. Brion the product test engineer says they are hoping for a big increase in horse power. Just thought I might share with you that little piece of information.
