Direct Manual Tranny Swap

Well, looks like I'm doing it. I found a dead protege for sale for 50 bucks. It was totally stripped, all of the crap under the hood was there though. The guy hydrolocked his engine and decided to move on to a civic. He has a 5 speed in it, its a 2003 ES.. and I am thinking about buying it. Everything is pulled off the car though, all the seats, interior, everything. Stripped. Even the sun roof is pulled. haha! BUT for 50 dollars, im getting a manual tranny with 25k on it, the ECU, and everything for a swap. Now, Ive gotta get it to maine.
It will be nice though, Im gonna pull the rear brakes, the wheels, the tranny, ecu, all that crap. THEN im gonna scrap it. Should be fun! If there are any parts that are worth keeping, ill probibly post them in the parts thread.

Whatcha all think? Should I buy it? Hes scrapping it soon.. so I got till the end of the week.
