Coolent flush

I decided that its time to change up the coolent.
Heres what I did.

First drained everything. Coolent was quite the brown color
then filled with a coolent flush additive and distilled water.
Let run so the engine gets cleaned out too.
Then drained everythign again. Coolent was foamy and less brown with small black flakes of crap, mineral deposits?
Filled with distilled water.
Let engine run to clean out the flush.
drained again, still some flakes almost none though

Finally filled with antifreeze. Ran engine and filled again.

Now these flakes are they normal. I got out as much as I could,l hope I dont have to change the radiator. Opinions on these things in here? Did I do anything wrong not realated to flakes? I filled with 50% antifreeze 50% water, just realized the engine was all water, this means Im at 75% 25% right?

to be honest i have only changed my coolant techincally once, at 75,000 clics,

After that i had a slow leak that turnned into a fast leak in the winter times under extreme cold snaps it would just drip the stuff out from the bottom of the rad.

anyways what i would do is just top it out, when i did another change.

the coolant looked just like the fresh stuff.

so the chunks of chips a hoye in your coolant might be something to inquire about or get it looked into.

unless someone here thinks thats normal? idont know to be honest.

from what i hear, changing coolant for Manual is easier the Auto with the actually flushing process.
