Question Bosal back-order

I heard that the Bosal cat-back exhaust from protege5online.com was on back order until january ... is this true ??? if so, are there any alternative places to get it from??? wat other good cat-backs are their available for my car in the same price range??? and where can i get these???

thanx i know its a lot of questions but it would be extremely cool it you could answer them all.

don't know if this is true or not....write Mitch at Protege5Online and ask.....and the other options would be an axle back system like the mazdaspeed exhaust.....OR get a decent muffler and go to a reputable muffler shop and have a system MADE for you...actually that is cheaper than buying one.

Ya, custom is definately the way to go... i just called my local muffler shop and they can put on a full catback for 200 USD... hell ya

I was too lazy to start another thread but which diameter of tubing creates the best HP gains 2.25 or 2.5 ???

I'm willing to bet that for $250 you are getting compression-bent non-302 stainless pipes that don't have proper flanges and are not welded with stainless wire.
But I could be wrong...

I ordered my Bosal system about 4 weeks ago from A.R+D and the guy told me that it will probablly be in late June. THAT REALLY SUCKS! I ordered it to keep me busy untill I go to driving school (www.racingadventures.com) in early Aug. I don't know if I can handle this. Ok im done.

hah.. damn. but is it 3- or 4- series stainless ? and mandrel-bent?

$250 USD is like what, $500 CAD .. guess I can forget about new tires. Will you take a money order? hehe

good news i found 2 Places that quoted me $550 for a Skunk2 cat back exaust. im so amped right now i think i might get one before they change their mind and bump it up to $700 like everyone elese
