Will this fit? It says for Mazda Protégé (2001-2002 All 2.0L Models (Incl. MP3))!

Yeah, but the P5 is several inches shorter than the Protege and the MP3 though. I saw some guy who had a P5 with a MP3 racingbeat exhaust (installed by dealer) and it was sticking out like 7 inches!! He almost needed to put signs on the rear bumper saying "watch your step, don't trip over the exhaust" !

So I don't think this will fit a P5...

 

You are correct. Exhaust systems do not fit between the sedan and Protege 5. The Protege 5 is several inches shorter than the sedan.
