Sound is not what you should be looking at, Back Pressure is different on the FlowMaster I would like to hear from people who have Flows though.

hehe I have the same on my Accord, and the real one on my hatch I was thinking about getting a dual tip flowmaster, and dualing out my exhaust with 2 1/2" Echo tips, like how sports cars have em. Just to be different.

Turbo is what hes doing Those older talons are awesome, however the Eclipse GSX lays down more HP stock and is funner.

From what I understand the GSX pumps out 20 more HP than the Talon. They are on the same platform, yes.

What you understand is incorrect. There are a few different ratings for the Eagle/Talon, depending on generation and tranny (2gs are more powerful stock, but are heavier. Autos have less power), but within the same model, such as 1G AWD, the power ratings are all the same.

Either way, the tranny is guaranteed to go out, and the car isn't worth half of what people ask for them DSM (Desperately Seeking Mechanic) is not my route for a car Sure the AWD Turbo is nice, but around here the early 90's models go for around $8k, which is rediculous for the quality of car you are getting.Hell, for $9k you can get a 96 Integra GSR and be much happier and not have to worry about anything

OHH JEBUS....thats alot for a 1g dsm. i picked mine up for $3300 in perfect mecanical condition on thing was it had a dent in the hood and the hood was faded a little. 94-95 gsr go for about $8000 here. the 2g awd dsm's go between $7-10k pending on miles and upgrades.

To hear what a flowmaster sounds like on a 4 check out this link.
http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/we...PerfMuff5.html
Click on the PT cruiser one.

To see how the flowmaster flows compared to other mufflers (not really import style ones, more domestic kinds)
