Adding Torque

I've seen all over how an exhaust or an intake and other such things will add horsepower to the car. I know it isn't going to be much, but anyways, I was wondering if there are any performance mods to add torque to the car for better starts and such? Thanks for any input!

You can also look into getting a higher final drive for the transmission.

Buy one of my headers! heh, heh, heh... Anyway if you are looking for torque then you need to think about a piggyback that modifies ignition and getting rid of the stock manifold and finding a header. My car was making a peak of 111.2 at 4500 RPM wihout it, and it made 119 at 4250 with it. Read my post '2.0L header. anyone interested?'.

and of course we all realize that horsepower is simply a function of torque and rpm right??? You can't add "torque" without adding horsepower and vice versa at a given rpm.

remember hp=torque x rpm

You can buy torque at the store. Goto your local Pep Boys and as for some torque for your car.
