Question 2nd Tranny question - grindage!

Why does my Pro5 2nd gear hate me so much. Every other gear is just bang on for shifting, but sometimes (most times) it doesn't want to go to second, and occasionally grinds even fully depressed. Reverse can do it too, but not as often as second. I searched and it sounds like a fluid change (tranny or clutch, which one?) can help. Why is that? Also, why is it just 2nd gear? Did I do something bad (I don't bag my car, rarely drive over 3500rpm)? Am I just a bad person? I have such low self esteem.

It's the syncros, dumbass..

Change your brake fluid (brake and clutch share the same) to something better to help the clutch release better if you think the clutch isn't releasing all the way.

Change your tranny fluid to get smoother shifting and reduce notchiness of the tranny. You will still have to be nice to it, but it should feel way smoother and grind less.
