Hey Bruce.....

I have seen that in other threads you have eluded to the fact that the B and G springs didn't drop you car as far as you thought they would. They claim they drop it 2.5 inches, how much was it really? I want a real low set of springs. I mean slammed!!!

I am sorry I didn't realize it was against the rules to post to someone.

well , when I bought my springs, from a friend they said that they were the BG extremes, but I don't know if they are cause they don't really look like a 2.5 inch drop , I put them up next to my Intrax springs and they were the same height , so I will post the pic and you can see for yourself ok

Is this pic with the B+Gs installed? If so it does look lower than the intrax pics, but I agree with you I would think 2.5 inches would look lower.

The purple ones do look slightly shorter. ( I assume they are the B+Gs?)

Here is a pic of the intrax springs. I notice a difference. Look at the gap.

i think if bruce had 17" he would have less gap. i also need something that would lower my 3". the only thing that can do that is coil over. still thnik about it spring or coil over so confused

actually my rim and tire combo 205/45/16 is the same height as a 205/40/17 .. so it would not be any lower with the tire gap , if you want the car to drop more ,get lightweight 15" wheals ,

no , the max was about 3 " s , there I had the front raised due to a bad strut mount that vibrated a lot
