My Protege

Hay i just got a new security system installed...i am in Australia...so can any1 from aussie help me? cause i aint sure if you americans can....uhh....i want to get new gauges for my car....i live in melbourne...and i cant seem to find a place to get em from...i can install em...tis..easy....but i just gotta find out where to buy em....i want to change the stock standard gauges with white with red light.....

Also can any1 point me to where i can see the SPECS as in a wireframe of my car and exactly what is in it

gauge faces

gauges faces for 98 and etc.

or they have some on ebay as well, otherwise speedhut.com might have some or could make you a set.

yeh but i need some with Kilometres Per Hour not Miles...cause i live in aussie.... :/

expensive if you ask me, i don't even know what they look like.

Otherwise, talk to speedhut they do some custom work, see what they can do for you, although you might have to send your gauges to the states for them to use.

I still wanna know where i can get...all the stuff on my car as in....a wireframe model....specs....where all parts are...in a diagram n stuff..to help me fix and modify parts on the car with ease

SPEAKING of security systems, anyone ever figure out how to disable the honking of the horn when u activate a feature on the oem factory system (without disconnecting the horn and running a new switch for the horn...)

i hate the honking. and i upgraded my horn to something more american cus the tink of the old horn wasn't taken seriously in traffic

the, the oem security system is a real joke. it wouldn't stop anyone, it just honks the horn a bunch of times and the horn is so crappy u couldn't hear it 5 cars away in a parking lot.

every other oem system i've had beats this one down hard.

i agree the OEM alarm sucks. no one gives about. had to upgrade to soemthing that will catch peoples attention.
