PS/AC belt removal

I actually tried this a few weeks ago, despite the mixed reviews of people saying its worthwhile or not worthwhile. I just wanted to see for myself. So I took the belt off and went for a test drive. The lack of power steering wasn't really a big deal in itself, so I didn't mind. I wasn't really impressed with the rest of it though. The engine seemed to rev a little bit better, but aside from that I noticed nothing, I would have expected that the engine might have pulled even a little bit harder. I know that people said it was worthless, but I wanted to see for myself because I'm stubborn.
