Oil in intake tube

I'm trying to narrow down where the oil is coming from. I looked at the vent tube going from the cylinder head to the intake tube and didn't notice any oil residue. There are two connections from the intake tube that go to an opening underneath the Throttle Body. I don't know what the part is called that is underneath the TB but I think it is responsible for pumping oil into the intake tube.

On another note I cleaned up the TB and the intake manifold from all the oil and carbon build up. It made some what of a noticable difference. I really would like to build my own intake but Mazda seems to love vacuum hoses.
