High flow cat

Does anyone know if they would make a performance increase on such a small motor like the 1.5L ??

and would we still pass emissions??

I would say that it would, but especially more if you have a high-flow exhaust. A highflow cat by it self would not do much. As for emissions, I could guess it would be a close call.
