Engine/Radiator Coolant

I have a 4L MotoMaster Antifreeze bottle. I am not sure what mixture of coolant to water I should use. Also should I pour the coolant mixture directly into the radiator? or into the plastic tank lablled "Coolant"? Or are they two separate things?

Thanks

Usually the ideal mixture is 50/50 but it depends. The way I've done it is dump some coolant maybe a quarter of the bottle and add a litre or so of water, and so on.......

ok that kinda makes sense...the bottle says not to use more than 70% coolant. So i guess i'll take 2L of coolant and add 2L of water to it. Then the remaining volume can be filled with coolant.
