crankshaft pulley
Anyone got any tips on pulling the crankshaft pulley bolt ... I don't have the special tool and was considering to get a damn pipe wrench and use that .........
Any suggestions are welcome ,..
I am going to check my uncle at the strauss discount auto he works at , to see if I can get something to hold the damn pulley

I've heard of the miata guys using trick with the starter to get bolt off. The idea is to disconnect fuel injection, ignition, spark plugs and crank the motor with the starter while having a long wrench holding the bolt. The other end of the wrench should be resting firmly on the floor.

Oh, I meant lightening they flywheel for HP gain. Ya that is normal, but you can have your flywheel lightened like the one's they sell on Nopi and such for $400 bucks. Supposed to make a noticable difference due to Centrifical Force being so much less to turn. Generally will give 5-7 HP to the Wheels depending on vehicle.
