crankshaft pulley HELP!!!!!

crankshaft pulley HELP!!!!!

I have to take the crankshaft pulley off to get to the gear so i can take to timing belf off and replace it. So i just wanted to know because i really need my car running again.

the big nut ws the problem and i could get it off. so i went to my friends house got a bigger 3/4 impact gun and took that big nut off. so now we can put the new timing belt on. but now the problem is that the cam sprocket will not line up. some body had moved the cam sprockets left to right right to left and now the marks will not line up and i can not get the cams to line up right. So we just put the car back together and it idles like $h!t. so if anybody knows how to get the cam just right with out using the marks on the sprocket that would be great news to my ears.

just have someone hold the cams in place, using a proper wrench,(on the marks) while you slip the timing belt on...................

unless you are replacing the crank seal, no need to take the big nut off when doing the Tbelt. the 4 10mm nuts will release the pulley.
