Shipping was very reasonable considering it was about 80lbs. Just the struts should be significantlys cheaper.

If you live in Canada, its just cheaper to buy up here.

I have a P.O. Box in NY...
Can it be cheaper for me to have them sent there?
That's why I was wondering if anyone had them shipped to that area....
Any idea how much the shipping might be to NY?
Otherwise, I'll try to find a Ford dealer around here that has 'em.... any chance a Mazda dealer could get them? (My dad gets 15% off at Mazda dealerships so that would be good for me...)

Any Canadian interested in the ZX2 struts should go here:
http://www.mx-3.com/cgi-bin/ultimate...&f=20&t=000485
A caveat, the struts are reasonable but the matching springs are outrageous, $480. And you have to get the matching springs, BG springs won't fit.
There are other aftermarket springs available but they are not cheap either.

If chassis code, you are wrong. A lot of people use regular protege sprigns with ZX2 struts. There are also cheap alternatives. ST springs for $280 + tax at driverfx.ca.

I have a set of springs for a BG Pro. They won't fit the ZX2 struts I just got. The back ones are okay but the fronts are too small.

your either mounting them upside down or you have the wrong springs. the ZX2 struts are identical to the OEM stuts in shape and mounting, the only external diff is the size of the shaft diameter, 22mm for the ZX2 and 20mm for the OEM. The other differences are internal and are irrelavent in this case.

I'm sure on would if you want a used one.. 2 NEW ones from Southwest ford ONLY cost $38.10 plus shipping, which wouldn't be much, unless your in CAN.
You could probaly just find a Ford Dealer in your area that sells Ford Racing and get it there, no shipping...
