the clutch will probably be the first thing to go with that kind of mileage. i have 109k and i just got mine replaced recently (i treated it like **** though), but go with the ACT clutch. and if you decide to get another car, you might as well keep your pro. and buy another pro. collect em all. lol. use this one as a project car or something b/c you cant really get much for it if you trade/sell it. only you know the true value of your car.

when you hear someone say theyre replacing their transmission, you know theyre putting in a new clutch. do you ever hear someone say "oh i need to replace my gears" ?

yes actually i did, i didnt wear my nice clutch in my automatic , i wore out my first gear. I didnt have to goto a macanic(sp) to know when a gear is bad, maybe you just hang out around the wrong kinda people?

So does that mean that if they say "I'm replacing my clutch" then they're actually replacing their transmission??

still not catching my drift.

alright alright, you got me. but you see what im saying though? ok example: you're looking through auto trader right? you see an ad for a cool looking car and ****, and in the description it says: "only like 2,000 mi. on new transmission". OK. now you call the dude up and stuff and you're like "hey man, cool car and ****, whats the mileage on it" and he goes "its got 100,000 miles on it but i put a brand spankin new clutch on that bad boy" so youre like, "whoa "....see what i mean?

this is what i mean. if the clutch is part of the transmission, then why didnt he just say watch for the transmission. instead of saying the 2 as a whole, coulda just went with "transmission".
somebody back me up, im starting to look stupid.
