ive had this problem before too. look under your car right under the passenger floorboard. there is a rubber plug about inch and a half big. i think that is where the water came from when mine got soaked. but then again when it does rain hard and i first take off in tha morning sometimes i can hear water slushing around in my passenger door too. so there might be another leak somewhere. good thing i dont have any speakers in there.

water leak

i have the same problem only because of where i ran the positive wire for my system, but that is because i cut a seal to run the wire.
