vibrating tranny

Hey guys long time no see.

I have a question, when i am driving down the road I get a low vibrating feel at the floor of my car. typical at certain rpm's though without a tach I couldn't tell you which but it usually happens at 40-45mph in 3rd, 60-65 in 4th, 75-80 in 5th. But if it's in 4th going 75 -80 or 40-45 ect. it doesn't happen. and it doesn't happen going any other speed for any other gear. I was thinking tranny mounts, but it doesn't vibrate the shifter, just the floor and the pedals. and the other though was maybe just a worn out tranny. After all I've hit 232,000 miles on the s.o.b. just let me know what you think.
thanks.
