Oxygen sensor frozen in, need help

I need to change the o2 sensor on my 88gt, but it's stuck in. I used penetrating oil on it, tried to take it out when the engine was cold, warm, and hot, and it won't even budge. It's almost stripped due to the piece of crap o2 sensor socket I got. I don't wanna remove the whole manifold to get the dang thing out. If anyone could help I would definitely appreciate it. Thanks, Mike

Torch the pipe around it to have that expand.

If its rounded get a set of vice grips on to it and it should then come off.

And of course, the pentrant (lube)

the combo of the vice grips and the torch should work, just make sure if you use a torch youve cleaned off as much of that penetrant as possible, lest you might singe off your eyebrows,lol...that penetrant stuff is highly flammable!!!

i would keep spraying the penetrant for about 2-3 days before attempting this.. then get the torch and lightly go around the sensor..careful not to burn anything or anything next to it.
