Not as a daily driver

I think a miata would be a better daily driver... So long as you don't have snow to worry about. Those miata's are practically bulletproof, too

I'm not very tall (5'8"), but I still felt a little cramped inside my co-workers '90... I'd LOVE to get one, but unfortunately, I already have a project car Doesn't seem reasonable for me to have 3 cars, and none of them great in the winter... *sigh*

I totally agree. Here at Auburn the only people with Miatas are the ladies. Might as well drive a, uh, Civic.

Miata Spec must be over 50% ladies...

or less than 10%

I love miatas, I plan on picking up a 2001 in Spring of next year

send it to aj@motorsportconnect.com I'll put it up.

Even with just a new front end they look more aggressive. Hard-top helps a lot too.

My dad has a Miata and trust me, there are two kinds of people in the world:

Those who have driven a true roadster and those who have not.

The Miata may not be the most muscular car out there, but it's not meant to be.

Put some sticky tires on it, find a twisty road and I dare you to try and keep the smile of your face.

The Miata was meant to reincarnate the essence of the old Triumphs, Alpha Romeos and MGs of the 60s with the added convenience of technology. They have succedded extremely well in my opinion.

They certainly don't look threatening in stock form, so can you think of a better sleeper? Flying Miata might dissagree with you if you think you can.

Well, it's the newer design... I think they changed the style in '98? I've always said the newer ones look like mini vipers I'll see if I can find any more info on it, one of my favorite miatas so far!
