Hey guys,
I just re-purchased my old 91 LX, and I want to install some gauges..I want to install an oil pressure gauge and a volt meter. Anybody should be able to install the voltmeter, but is there an oil pressure sender I can tap into to get oil pressure?

Thumbs up Welcome 'back'!

don't know if this helps....but the oil pressure switch is just to the left of the oil filter under the intake manifold bracket....

The oil pressure sender is located to the left of the oil filter behind the intake manifold support bracket (which you have to remove in order to have access to the sender). There may also be some fittings on the other side of the block for that, as the engine is pre-drilled for a turbo oil line. You'd have to ask the turbo guys or perhaps check the FAQ under turbos.

first off Welcome to our happy little corner of the net. There is a BIG fridge in the corner with just about anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGEALLY have. :{D

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables....and take it easy.

oh...btw....everyonce in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!! :{D

NOW, I don't know what the thread size is of the sending unit...or the sensor for your presure gage....HOWEVER>....what I have seen done before...and did myself once....was to get a "T" that would screw into the block...then each of the other openings of the "T" I screwed in the presure sending unit for the dummy light...and the other got the one for the gage....that is IF you want to be able to retain both.
