Jerry-Rigged Coolant sensor

Jerry-Rigged Coolant sensor
Heres my dilemma guys. I've been having that hesitation problem with WOT under 3700rpm, I've tried new wires, plugs, cap, rotor, MAF, fuel filter, new cone air filter, and coolant sensor. It has gotten better but it's still there, so I tried something, I disconnected the coolant sensor and it actually runs good, but sometimes it wont start with the sensor disconnected so I wired in a switch so I can turn it on and off from inside. So does that tell anyone anything, that'll it work with the sensor disconnected?? I've thought about the O2 sensor, anyone second that???
Thx

Your ECT sensor must be bad then. Hooking it up to a switch without it going to the sensor will either lower your gas mileage or decrease your power. You'd be better off getting the sensor replaced.
