Question How is this done?? Anyone??

I found this on GroHarlem's Protege site. I've seen some white guages for LX first gens before but usually they are white and red, or white and blue. I don't want the other colors, I just want the white faces, and then be able to keep my greed illumination at night. Has this guy painted these guages himself?? How is it possible to achieve this look? Or are these guage face inserts? I didn't think you could buy them like this though....

Well, I'm not sure how Wil got his done, but there is a company that will do custom gauge's for you. Here you go:

Looks like they sell them, you won't have to get them custom made. I'm not sure if this is where wil got his, but it's the first place I've seen that sells them.
