How do I get the headlight cover off to clean it ?

the headlight is a 2 piece construction that must be baked to pull apart.. and even then, resealing is an almost impossible feat from what i have read. just use the search button and you'll get a few good ideas on 'headlight polishing'. this should get it clean enough for you.
