Hood is stuck on....

For some reason the bolts that hold my hood on seem impossible to take off... anyone have their own techniques, like wd40 or any other greasy substance?

Umm, you try banging the wrench ? Like instead of constant force give it like a pulsating force. Like and impact wrench does. Never fails me

If that doesn't work.. nothing like good ole' leverage. Extend the tool by adding like a long pipe too it, makes it easier to break loose, just don't snap anything.

banging acctually isnt the smartest thing to do, you can break someting, check this out, i couldnt break loose my spark plug so i "banged" it, and, whoops, it broke and some small chunks (0.5-1 mm) fell in trough the spark plug hole (i dont know the english word for it). now, how dumb was that!

Be careful with the wd40. Don't get it on the paint of the car.

Once you get the bolts off, grease them pretty good so next time they need to come off there wouldn't be any problems

Reminds me of the time when we couldn't get my cousin's oil filter off.... We got so mad we jammed a screwdriver through the middle of it for leverage.
