hmmmm need some advice(S)... :)

ok just need some advice... ive got a 92 auto 323 dx for like 2 years now... in these 2 years... i did a tune up (plugs/wires/filters)... all new brakes... new exhaust/cone filter... new radiator... new alternator.... tranny change... distributor cap change...

now its at 234k... wat else should i b looking to change ? mind u dont have a clue abt wat the previous owner did.. so i guess a timing belt/water pump wud be good ? other than tht ?

ne ideas of engine swap ? mind u its an auto, n i guess id keep the tranny auto.. so wat engine wud b best with the current tranny ? or how abt an engine rebuilt ?

also need some pointers on power windows.. does tht mean i'll need those door sets frm an LX model ? (the ones with the switches).. or is there like customized switches.. (aftermarket?)...

i just love this car for some reason... my parents r like sell it off n get somethin else... but i just CAN NOT do it... id rather work on it... so please... ne response is appreciated... THANXXXX

your on the right track with looking to replace the t-belt and water pump. as the car gets older, those do tend to go out. its better to replace them before they do.

a Protege BP would work nicely in your engine bay. give you a little more power and minimal swap hassles. you can go for others, but unless your looking to make crazy power, stick with the BP. itll bolt right to your auto tranny.

youll need the power window motors, wiring, switches, and door panels if you plan on making the car look stock. otherwise, you can get aftermarket kits for about $100-150 a pair. however, i think the OEM look is cleaner.

glad to hear you love your car. i know i did at one point.
