I'll get myself a pair of those lights and see if I can find out exactly how to mod it on... Unless someone does it before me or finds a site with a how-to..

These are 97- Mitsubishi Mirage 4 door No they don't bolt right in. You have to do some cutting to the grill and hood. Besides that... nothing to my knowledge. There have been various 1st Gens and 323 that have done this conversion down here. So hope you enjoy this little tidbit.
be on the prowl for a black 1st gen out there with that conversion pretty soon. you'll be able to tell it's him because he's got a custom bodykit.

welcome back tito! will this conversion be drivin it's way out here ANYTIME soon? i'm needing that swap fairly bad... the DOHC swap, that is... and i might be getting a hood and grille from a '94, by the looks of it. i LIKE these lights. be sure to write it up, tito... i'll host the howto if need be!

peace
thanks dave. i'll probably end up doing that headlight conversion, but it won't be until i move back to san diego (most likely in december). we can see about getting you on base to do your engine swap at that time (if you haven't done it by then).

PS.. will there be another clear corner group buy?
i have no idea about another group buy, but at the car show that i went to in puerto rico last weekend, a guy had installed 88-91 civic hb clear corners (pic below). i believe he said he only had to do some slight modifications for them to fit. another guy that fred and i talked to, was planning on installing the 90-93 accord clear corners. they're pretty close too, if you're willing to do a little modifying.

hmm phatass mod for one, i know they dont bolt right up but they will fit in the same spot. exact same size i know that. Ima look around for some JDM black housings like that and gotta get the wirign harness to for dual headlights, spppearate highs and low beams.

That looks hella-good. If I get them (which I very well may do), I'ma paint the chrome on the inside a flat black ala the 3rd gen pros... That'll look real nice

For those that didn't see it.. check again because the server might have been down.

Tha guy told me he cut of the front of the hood, side fender and welded mirage fenders, hood tip and installed the grill along witht the lights and sidemarkers.
