Why do u need an entire tech manual sig.? If people want to know how to advance timing, they'll go look it up themselves

hehe

Heh, this reminds me of my own labor day weekend adventure......

I spent some time cleaning under the hood with hose, degreaser, & co. Thing was, when I tried to start it afterwards, it would idle like crap for a second and then die. Now, I was thinking, "Holy Crap, I cleaned it to death ! I figured I got some water somewheres, and so left the car in the sun for a full day to try to get it to evaporate. Finally, I was tinkering with it some more at night, and got my dad to try to start it while I watched the engine. Suddenly I noticed that I could see electrical arcing coming from the distributor!! Pulled the cap, and it just happened to have a really bad seal and was rather waterlogged. Dried it out, and it ran fine. But I was really freaking out for a while cause I had already checked every electrical component including the distributor.
