i picked up a set of Civic floor mat metal brackets. They have a pin that fits into a ring on the mat, but you have to cut a hole in yours. Could use a sign banner eyelet. It's a 2 peice ring that snaps together.
they bolt to the frame peice going accross the car just under the seat. Some customoizing and they should fit fine.
You could probrably find others ones at a junk yard too.
Big *** peice of velcro?
big *** peice of two sided tape?
Super glue?
