Theres an easier way that I found on clubprotege. Just pull off the white dial thing and put it back on facing a different direction. you gotta play with it by moving it to different positions and pulling on the seat belt in and out. Its sooo much easier and took me like a whole 5 minutes with only 1 scewdriver and nothing else.
